As a librarian and geologist (Risa and Kevin), we have spent our careers helping others, teaching, and making the environment safer. We opened Hudson Valley Vintage with a goal of sharing an understanding of what sustainability can mean for all of us.
At Hudson Valley Vintage we share a passion for saving what cannot be replicated. Beautiful antique and mid-century furniture is irreplaceable; the quality is not seen in newer pieces. There’s something so meaningful in taking a family heirloom or garage sale find whose life and style seems to have passed it by and transforming it into a gorgeous, treasured piece. Here’s the really great part – doing all this is rewarding, but it’s also a lot of fun! Saving the earth, one piece of furniture at a time!
